How to Pre-Book

Complete the pre-booking form and send it with a deposit of £200 per person for each trip to:

Please call Debora on +44(0)20 7262 1676 for credit card payment. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you the booking form and detailed information of the trip you have chosen.

 

General Information

Prices include: shared accommodation (if you require a room/chalet or tent on your own a supplement will be payable if accommodation is available), half board, return flights and pre-paid taxes in economy class (if a place is available in business or first class we can upgrade you for a supplement), all lessons, activities described on the programme, group travel insurance, travel handbook and educational pack, transfers at your destination.

Prices do not include: visas if required, lunch/snacks and drinks, items of personal use, telephone calls or hotel mini bar expenses, optional activities (optional meaning not included in the price, each participant chooses whether to participate or not and must pay at the destination).

Whilst we make every effort to deliver the above programmes, Travel and Learn reserve the right to replace activities, with similar ones if conditions change.
